There are many differences and similarities between China and Colombia in terms of gender stereotypes. First, in China, the idea that girls can not or should not do the same jobs as boys is inherited very early. It is a lesson that extends to the university and later. While in Colombia, women for being Latina, must be curvilinear, with dark skin and hair, dark eyes and full lips. In conlusion, there are many and diverse gender stereotypes in both countries that do not help the fairness of conditions in the world.
